LandingAI has always been a Visual AI company solving vision problems. We treat documents as visual artifacts and have taken on the challenge of systematically solving problems within the document understanding space. Overall, we are building foundational infrastructure for developers to extract information from their images and documents.

Our roots:

- An early pioneer in Agentic AI, which we have applied in practice with Agentic Document Extraction (ADE).

- Our LandingLens product, which has helped healthcare, finance, legal, and manufacturing teams address their visual AI challenges, maturing us in data-centric practices.

- A vision-first approach, now applied to building our in-house foundation models.

• Drive end-to-end UX design with a strong focus on prototyping, iteration, usability testing, and A/B testing. 
• Translate complex AI and developer-facing workflows (primarily within Agentic Document Extraction) into intuitive, elegant user experiences.
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure designs are feasible, aligned with business goals, and delivered quickly.
• Gather and integrate feedback proactively from cross-functional stakeholders, iterating rapidly on MVPs and evolving designs over time.
• Conduct user research as needed.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
• Advocate for user-centered design practices while maintaining a pragmatic approach that balances user needs with technical constraints. 

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/Productdesign, ideally in SaaS, AI, or enterprise products.
• A strong portfolio demostrating  user-centered design processes and impactful outcomes.
• Experience designing for technical or developer-facing products is a plus.
• Deep understanding of interaction design, usability, and accessibility best practices.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally in agile product teams.
• Proficiency with modern design tools like Figma.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to present ideas effectively.
• UI design experience is a plus but not the main focus of the role.
• Experience working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments, where priorities shift quickly, and autonomy and adaptability are essential.
