FBS Project Manager IT

Job Summary

This role will independently run mid-sized projects or be part of a team of project managers under a program manager running a piece of a larger project.

Key Responsibilities

•Focus on claims projects, vendor, technology, business, IT, across different areas (IT projects mainly)

•Manages small scale or sub-projects on a local basis and/or local aspect of a multi-functional project.

•Facilitates issue resolution; reviews and approves vendor invoices/expenditures Is responsible for all aspects of managing a project including project staffing, financials, risk and change management, etc.

•Coordinates suppliers' activities and is accountable for work request evaluation and authorization, development and submission of work orders

•Review of cost estimates from suppliers, where applicable Is accountable for Acceptance Criteria and execution of Acceptance Testing at project level Is responsible for project level planning, monitoring and reporting on project performance at local and global levels

•Signs off on project deliverables; Performs internal project close down; Conducts Post-Implementation Reviews Responsible for the activities involving the Business, Third parties, and other GIT entities,

•Manages medium sized and/or local aspect of a multi-functional projects Manages large scale projects or sub-projects with a higher degree of complexity, risk and customer/Brand impacts

•3-5 years' experience in Project management experience as an IT Project or Program Manager

•Full English Fluency

•BS or Associates university degree

•Previous experience with Projects with a budget: 1M+ USD (PLUS)

•Insurance / Claims background PLUS

•Project Plan Creation and Execution - Advanced

•Risk Identification - Advanced

•Management and Status Reporting - Advanced

•Communication and Meeting Facilitation – Advanced

•Agile Background, certification (PLUS)

•Rally (PLUS)
