About the Role
Campus is seeking a founding faculty member to teach Influencer Marketing 101. This individual will play a critical role in launching a new, workforce-aligned Influencer Marketing course in partnership with industry creators, platforms, and brand partners.
This is a contract role through Spring 2026 to support curriculum development and course launch, with the opportunity to transition into a long-term part-time teaching role and contribute to the development of a concentration in Influencer Marketing and Digital Media for our general programs.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about the creator economy, thrives at the intersection of marketing, content, and analytics, and is excited to build for a non-traditional student audience, including career changers and first-generation learners.
Academic Responsibilities and Essential Functions
Lead weekly 1.5 hour live classes starting April 2026 via Campus’s virtual platform
Provide asynchronous support through office hours, project feedback, and mentorship
Collaborate with teaching assistants and influencers to deliver a high-quality experience
Adapt course content in response to student needs and real-time platform updates
Requirements
Master’s degree or above in Marketing, Influencer Marketing, or related field
Teaching experience at a leading university or bootcamp
Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X) and creator monetization models
Experience using or teaching tools in influencer marketing (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, CapCut, Canva, TikTok Creative Center, Instagram Insights, or similar)
Comfort with virtual learning platforms, collaborative tools, and asynchronous feedback workflows
Excitement about working with non-traditional learners and career changers
Nice to Have

Compensation
$1,000 stipend for course design and curriculum development (contract basis)
$4,000 for teaching, Part-Time
