About the Role

Campus is on a mission to build a world-class engineering organization to meet our goals. Our ideal candidate is here to ship great software, is willing to dive into a variety of projects from inception to delivery, has a strong sense of ownership, and enjoys driving projects from inception to scale. Our tech stack currently involves Go and React, but we’re not limited to experience in those languages - we’re looking for a builder.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will...

• Build and ship! You’ll be focussed on solving problems that matter for our students.

• Deliver strong solutions consistently, while collaborating on technical implementation and vision

• Continuously improve our engineering processes, tools, and systems that allow us to scale the code base, productivity, and the team

• Work closely with Product, Design, and the Engineering team to execute on our top priorities

• You’ll solve challenging problems to help us build a world-class student experience, and build tools to help us support those students better

We're excited about you because...

• You bring 2-4 years experience in engineering, with experience across common programming languages. Experience with React or Go is a plus, but not needed.

• Track record of shipping high-quality products and features at scale

• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craft

• You’re here to solve problems - it’s not about years of experience, it’s about being someone who is curious, motivated, and ready to meet our ambitious goals

• You are keen on taking ownership of your features while working closely with Product and Design teams

What you'll get:

• A compensation package that includes a base salary ($130K - $190K) + equity grant

• Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location.
