- Experience building and maintaining design systems and guidelines.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or related environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the visual brand identity ensuring creativity and consistency across all channels.
- Mentor an in-house brand designer and oversee freelance creative partners.
- Contribute directly to design projects during critical initiatives or high-volume periods.
- Collaborate with marketing and stakeholders to align brand expression with business objectives.
- Own and evolve scalable brand guidelines and governance.
- Manage vendor relationships including freelance designers and other creative partners.
- Oversee project scoping, prioritization, resourcing, and budget to deliver quality design work.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field preferred.
