Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in marketing, media, communications, journalism, or related field required.
A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in marketing, communications, digital media, or related field required.
Proficiency in Desktop Publishing and Microsoft Office for Windows applications (word processing, database, spreadsheet, e-mail, presentation graphics, etc.) is required.
Proficiency in Adobe Suite (especially InDesign and Photoshop) is required.
Ability to film, edit and produce videos.
Experience in web design and Word Press preferred.
Have a keen attention to detail and ability to clearly articulate the organization’s brand and vision.
Demonstrated command of storytelling ability and excellent overall communication skills through the use of creating images and publications.
Strong project management skills – with ability to move editorial products across teams.
Ability to meet with staff, residents and others and translate into messages that resonate.
Experience in publication layout, graphic design and video editing with an understanding of how content performs and is consumed through digital channels.
Creative flair, originality and a strong visual sense.
Confidence to present and explain ideas to clients and colleagues.
Bending, lifting, grasping, fine hand/eye coordination, pushing/pulling, prolonged sitting/standing.
Proficiency with general office equipment required.
Must possess exceptional time management and attention to detail.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Must be available for travel as needed.
