Data Lead
The Opportunity:
The Data Lead will provide comprehensive guidance on data structures, data federation, and data architectures related to Authoritative Data Sources (ADS), source systems of record, and other repositories. This role is crucial for enabling end-to-end enterprise data analytics solutions. The Data Lead will collaborate with the Analytics Lead, Visualization Lead, and implementation teams from concept to operations, offering deep subject matter expertise to successfully deploy large-scale data solutions using modern data technologies.
Responsibilities:
Data Leadership: Design and implement data models, ensuring programs adhere to best practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate with customers, program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives to deliver high-profile data solutions.

Educational Background:

Minimum of ten years’ experience in relevant software development, data modeling, or data architecture.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in relevant (data) technical implementations.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in leadership or management.
- Minimum of two years’ experience working in cloud environments.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. $120,800 - $265,800Average salary estimate
