Skills
- Strong data fluency and hands-on analytics to define metrics and measure efficiency gains
- Proven experience in end-to-end strategic program management and delivery
- Financial modeling and forecasting experience, including product-level revenue/cost impact
- Experience designing and implementing strategic frameworks (e.g., OKRs, planning processes)
- Process redesign and automation experience to drive operational scale
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and imperfect data, and translating complexity into clear action
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives: requirements, milestones, goals, tracking, and implementation
- Support company strategy builds and translate high-level plans into actionable delivery milestones across teams
- Partner with FP&A and Corporate Strategy to build product-level financial models and forecasts
- Manage prioritized projects and lead cross-functional project teams to deliver outcomes on tight timelines
- Use data analysis to define metrics, monitor performance, and recommend turnaround strategies when initiatives are off track
- Lead operational efficiency workstreams, time-spent studies, and friction log efforts to baseline and improve workflows
- Design and run process optimization sprints focused on time reduction and automation
- Create and roll out scalable playbooks, SOPs, and worksheets to enable self-serve and organizational productivity
- Develop a sizing framework for projects to support data-driven prioritization of strategic initiatives
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, STEM, or related field
- MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required
