Your Job:

As the North America Lifestyle Marketing Manager, you will shape end-to-end regional strategy for this emerging category within the Brooks Running brand. Your ownership will drive robust impact throughout our North American business: leveraging understanding of the competitive landscape, leading the planning and execution of culturally relevant lifestyle marketing campaigns, and ensuring alignment with global strategies while tailoring initiatives to regional consumer insights. You will play a foundational role in regional category execution, ensuring our products resonate with cultural tastemakers who value style, authenticity, and innovation.

You will partner closely with cross-functional teams — including Global Brand Marketing, the Creative Lab, Merchandising, and Sales — to deliver fully integrated campaigns across channels as well as an overarching category strategy. This role will blend a keen eye for lifestyle marketing strategy with hands-on execution via Influencer, Retail, Organic Social, Events, eCommerce, and more.

This position requires a strategic thinker with strong executional skills, capable of guiding partners, managing complex timelines, and ensuring seamless delivery of campaigns that elevate Brooks’s lifestyle presence in North America.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of a brand-new regional lifestyle marketing strategy.  These strategic efforts will bring the global strategy to life regionally.
  • Lead execution of seasonal marketing campaigns and support activations at key accounts and brand moments.
  • You’ll ensure alignment with global priorities while tailoring marketing plans to regional needs based upon key insights surrounding a niche, tastemaker audience.
  • Drive integrated go-to-market plans across channels (digital, retail, social, experiential) to maximize impact and consumer engagement among cultural pioneers.
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams and external stakeholders to deliver localized content and assets that reflect lifestyle trends and cultural relevance.
  • Partner with Sales and key retail accounts to plan and execute activations that amplify lifestyle stories in priority markets. Develop tools and materials to sell in and close distribution gaps.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment on seasonal calendars, campaign messaging, and activation plans. Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure flawless execution and on time delivery.
  • Lead campaign performance reporting, driving actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Partner with other performance category leads to infuse Brooks Running’s lifestyle products and stories into other relevant brand moments.
  • Work to develop a point of view on category investment priorities and needs.
  • Represent lifestyle marketing in key business meetings, presenting strategies and results to leadership and stakeholders. Serve as a key partner to Global Brand Marketing to ensure global and regional plans operate in lockstep and cross-amplify.
  • Champion process optimization for lifestyle marketing workflows, leveraging tools like Smartsheet, WorkFront, and SharePoint.

Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing. Experience working with lifestyle brands, campaigns, or cultural marketing initiatives is required.
  • You are a cultural connector with a passion for style and performance - demonstrated understanding of lifestyle trends and consumer behaviors is a must.
  • Deep understanding of streetwear, fashion, and cultural trends.
  • Strong relationships with tastemakers and cultural influencers to amplify brand relevance is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects from strategy through execution – a results-focused marketer is a must.
  • Strong experience in content creation, localization, and digital marketing. A breadth of experience across marketing channels is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence and align stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with strong prioritization and project management skills.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and passionate about lifestyle, fashion, culture, and active living.
  • Ability to travel (~20%).
