This is not a quota-carrying sales role. As Broccoli’s first business hire, you’ll be the CEO's partner in building the playbook for mega accounts and private equity strategy. You’ll map the chessboard — identifying which PE groups, roll-ups, and ecosystem partners (like ServiceTitan) will unlock our next $50M ARR — and then work alongside the founders to engineer the deals, partnerships, and relationships that get us there.
This is a founder-proximate, high-leverage role with massive growth potential — the right person can grow into a Head of BD or future CBO as Broccoli scales.
Mega & PE Account Strategy: Map and prioritize PE firms, roll-ups, and mega accounts in the trades. Track subsidiaries, pilots, and expansion opportunities.
Strategic Partnerships: Build relationships with ServiceTitan, industry vendors, and PE operating teams to position Broccoli as the AI partner of choice.
Enterprise Expansion Support: Work with founders on mega deals — from early introductions to portfolio-wide rollouts.
Market Development: Identify new growth channels, run experiments, and shape how Broccoli wins beyond single logos.
Strategic Projects: Jump into fundraising prep, investor relations, or GTM strategy as needed — wherever the business needs leverage.
2–4+ years in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Consulting, or Enterprise SaaS BD/Strategy.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills — you see the chessboard and know how to map complex orgs.
Relationship builder who can hold your own with PE partners, executives, and operators.
Entrepreneurial and scrappy — you’re as comfortable pulling lists and sending cold outreach as you are in a boardroom dinner.
Excited by ambiguity, speed, and the chance to build something from scratch.
