• Lead and act in proactive manner, anticipating strategic and operational challenges and providing recommendations to Cx Leadership to stay ahead of ever-changing and competitive markets

• Serve as the lead to enable evolving Cx operating model including governance implementation, external engagement plan, and budget

• Support strategic go/no-go decisions on investment choices and longer term planning including areas of focus, solution development, and capability building

• Engage externally to advance and manage strategic alliances with key partners

• Lead projects for major initiatives and excellence in execution across the Cx book of work

• Participate on multi-disciplinary teams to listen and share overall Cx perspective on cross-functional issues

• Support Cx lead to ensure involvement and preparedness for engagement with broader organization and/or external audiences.  This includes driving preparation of key senior management reviews and presentations

• Play central role in all planning and processes for Cx Team including but not limited, to business reviews, brand planning, budget reviews, etc.

​​Desired Experience:

• BA/BS degree. MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required.

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare related industry required.

• Position requires very strong written and oral communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Individual must possess the ability to build alignment and drive performance across matrix teams through personal influence

• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast moving and increasingly complex environment with limited direction

• Willing to travel up to 25%

The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.

On-site Protocol

BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:

Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture. For field-based and remote-by-design roles the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function.
