Brightwheel is seeking a Staff Product Manager to drive strategic onboarding and activation initiatives, leveraging AI and product-led growth principles to enhance user experience and improve customer value. This individual contributor role is ideal for a product manager experienced in SaaS, with a focus on data-informed decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities: Own key initiatives in activation and expansion, define onboarding experiences, collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze customer feedback, and report on success metrics.
Skills: 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, strong background in growth and activation funnels, proficiency in product metrics and funnel analysis, and effective collaboration skills.
Qualifications: Proven track record in launching high-impact products, structured thinking in ambiguous environments, and experience with AI-powered features is preferred.

Compensation: $148000 - $218000 / Annually
