Director, ISV Partnerships

Braze is a leading customer engagement platform seeking a Director of ISV Partnerships to define and scale its technology partner ecosystem. The role requires a leader who blends commercial and technical experience to drive measurable revenue and product value through strategic ISV integrations, team leadership, and cross-functional alignment.

Skills

  • 7+ years in technology partnerships or ecosystem leadership, ideally in SaaS/MarTech/data platforms
  • Balance of commercial (GTM) and technical experience
  • Proven success building and scaling ISV/technology partner programs
  • Systems thinker with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Executive presence and ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, high-growth environments and introducing structure

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute ISV strategy aligned to company objectives, including partner selection and growth plans
  • Represent Braze in the tech ecosystem at industry events and through proactive partner engagement
  • Drive commercial impact by collaborating with Commercial Partnerships to source and influence revenue
  • Align Product, Engineering, and CX to ensure integrations increase customer value, adoption, and retention
  • Lead, mentor, and scale the ISV Partnerships team, establishing structure and accountability
  • Introduce and manage scalable partner tools/processes (e.g., iPaaS, partner listings, documentation)
  • Track and report KPIs such as new partners, time-to-integration, and integration utilization
  • Identify MarTech trends and opportunities for strategic integrations to strengthen market position
  • Develop joint marketing narratives and tri-party initiatives showcasing integration-driven outcomes

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent professional experience
  • Technical degree (Computer Science, Engineering) preferred
