Corporate Strategy & Growth Manager (CBO Office)

The Chief Business Officer’s Office is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join the team, reporting directly to the CBO. At Botrista, we are redefining the food and beverage industry with our automated craft beverage platform, enabling restaurants and retailers to serve profitable, on-trend drinks with speed and consistency. Founded in 2017 by Sean Hsu, a serial entrepreneur from Taiwan, and backed by leading investors across the U.S. and Asia, Botrista is on track to become the next unicorn in the food and beverage space.

This role offers a rare opportunity to work side-by-side with the CBO and executive team to shape the company’s direction by identifying strategic opportunities, analyzing market trends, and developing actionable plans to drive long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Build data models and perform analytics to support the company’s growth roadmap.
• Develop customer- and corporate-level P&L for new business concepts and models.
• Calculate and track key growth metrics, including recurring revenue, unit economics, churn rate, and team KPIs.
• Drive business development with new partners to expand growth opportunities and strengthen strategic relationships.
• Create and deliver business plans and strategic communications for internal stakeholders (C-suite, executives, board) and external partners (clients, enterprise decision-makers).
• Lead and manage high-impact initiatives and programs within the CBO’s Office, from conception to execution, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure success.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership, supported by robust financial modeling and data-driven insights.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategies, making adjustments as needed to achieve long-term growth.
• Prepare compelling presentations and reports to communicate strategic insights and recommendations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales & marketing, corporate strategy, or a similar analytical role.
• Experience in startups, SaaS, and/or food tech (food robotics) strongly preferred.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Mandarin fluency (written and verbal) is a plus.
