Overview
Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) has an exciting opportunity for a technical specialist to join the Asset Health Assurance team supporting the Test Operations and Sustainment contract at Arnold Engineering Development Complex at Arnold AFB, TN. This technical specialist will be working as a member of an integrated team responsible for maintaining and sustaining the United States Air Force Test Operations and Sustainment efforts.

Job Summary
The successful candidate will work as a member of the Reliability Engineering group. This group is responsible for development and implementation of Reliability Centered Maintenance/Preventive Maintenance (RCM/PM) Optimization program at AEDC. Implementation of this program includes influencing Asset Managers and Asset Owners to a proactive maintenance program through a failure mode driven maintenance strategy, best practice planning & scheduling, proper application of reliability engineering principles, and the increased use of condition monitoring technologies for all assets across AEDC. This position will work closely with system engineers and the reliability engineers in the Reliability Engineering & Analytics group in ES to develop, maintain, and improve a long-term reliability and maintenance program for AEDC.
