Location: Phoenix, Arizona, United States, with frequent local/regional/national travel expected.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $80,000 - $120,000.
The Technical Resource Manager is responsible for the daily oversight of installation and commissioning operations within the internal team, ensuring projects are delivered according to proposal specifications and design. This role serves as the primary point of contact for installation questions and the key decision-maker for the local installation and field engineering group. In addition to internal team management, the Manager plays a vital role in quality assurance by conducting inspections with our internal teams as well as our subcontractor partners. This position requires a hands-on leader dedicated to training, troubleshooting, process improvement, safety compliance, and fostering a positive culture within the department.
