This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities.We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager within the Operations team, you will play a vital role in developing and managing operational plans for complex electrical components throughout their lifecycle—from initial development to final integration. You will lead cross-functional teams to drive operational strategy and efficiency while managing cost, schedules, resources, risks, and change management. This role relies on your technical background and strong communication skills to coordinate with both internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring smooth project planning and successful execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality, mission-critical products.

As a Manufacturing Project Manager within the Lunar Operations team, you will report to the Mark 2 Crew Lander Operations Leader and will be primarily responsible for developing and managing the operational scope and plan for electrical components through delivery and ready for integration. You will engage and lead the operations and lunar design and manufacturing teams, help drive operations strategy and efficiency, drive earned value while managing cost, schedule, resource needs, risks & opportunities, and change management. You will use your technical background to understand and effectively communicate with Blue Origin internal and external organizations and suppliers to guide project planning and execution.
