Having been a Salesforce Business Analyst at Deloitte Digital, I have not only gained valuable experience in data analysis and user story creation, but I have also developed a deep passion for Salesforce and its ability to optimize business solutions.
As a Salesforce Business Analyst at Deloitte Digital, I was constantly collaborating with stakeholders to analyze and manage data, ensuring business requirements aligned with technical specifications. Additionally, I conducted sprint retrospectives to facilitate team cohesion and contributed to backlog grooming. One of my proudest achievements was authoring user stories that enhanced Agile team efficiency and resulted in optimized business solutions for a biopharmaceutical client. Through this experience, I became adept at aligning business and technical needs using Jira and Confluence.
In addition to my experience at Deloitte Digital, I also have experience as a Creative Design-Developer Consultant at Reyvan Nichole Designz LLC. In this role, I collaborated with clients to develop web services and designed product mockups and interfaces, demonstrating my creative expertise and attention to detail. I also managed project lifecycles to deliver customized solutions on schedule and prioritized effective communication in a collaborative environment.
