COOP is a tuition-free, 16-week career accelerator helping recent grads break into competitive industries like tech and media. You’ll join a cohort of motivated peers and receive hands-on training led by program alumni—building real-world skills, confidence, and the network needed to land your first great job.

Choose from three tracks:

• Digital Marketing

• Data Analytics

• Financial Services (NYC only)

🧭 Who Can Apply?

• You're a first-generation or low-income college grad (2015–2025)

• You’re currently unemployed or working in a job unrelated to your degree

• You live within two hours of one of their city hubs (NYC, LA, Chicago, Miami, Bay Area)

• You’re authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)
