Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel on federal and state legislative and regulatory matters affecting healthcare, pharmacy practice, pharmaceutical supply chain, data privacy/technology, and pharmaceutical pricing.
- Monitor and evaluate legislative and regulatory developments and translate implications for business stakeholders.
- Conduct and synthesize comprehensive 50-state surveys to support compliance and business expansion.
- Draft legal memoranda, internal guidance, and external policy responses with clarity and precision.
- Support company advocacy initiatives that promote access and innovation in healthcare and pharmaceutical supply chains.
- Collaborate with Government Relations, Regulatory Affairs, executives, and cross-functional teams to convey Blink’s policy positions.
- Own ad hoc regulatory projects and provide pragmatic, business-focused legal advice.
Education
- J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active bar membership in good standing
