Associate Director, AI Solutions

Blend360 seeks a dynamic Associate Director, Integrated Solutions & Intelligent Applications to spearhead the delivery of complex GenAI and agentic AI solutions for Fortune 1000 clients. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing end-to-end AI project execution ensuring measurable business outcomes for our clients. You will directly manage high-performing teams of data scientists and engineers, build and maintain executive-level relationships, and guide clients through AI transformation initiatives—from initial discovery workshops to delivering impactful, production-ready solutions. Responsibilities 

Client Delivery (60% of time) 

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI engagements, ensuring on-time, on-scope, on-budget completion with measurable outcomes (Delivery Leadership) 

• Oversee and mentor multi-disciplinary teams (2-10 AI engineers, data scientists, and solution architects) as part of delivery projects, ensuring successful execution and client outcomes.  

• Co-create transformation roadmaps with clients, translating complex business challenges into actionable AI initiatives with clear ROI 

• Lead consultative workshops and discovery sessions to identify high-value opportunities and define success metrics for Agentic AI transformation and Operations 

• Deliver executive presentations communicating technical strategies and value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences 

Business Development & Sales Support (20% of time) 

• Collaborate with account and sales teams to advance and close opportunities, serving as an AI solution expert and trusted advisor 

• Participate in the business development process, including shaping the deal, scoping solutions, and preparing presentation materials 

• Work with service line teams on solution design and estimation, ensuring technical feasibility and accurate delivery planning 

• Support proposal development by bringing together Blend experts to create compelling solutions that give clients confidence 

Solution Design & Leadership (10% of time) 

• Solve for scalable, enterprise-grade intelligent applications using LLMs, RAG architectures, agentic frameworks and cloud platforms  

• Provide technical oversight to delivery teams, ensuring solutions meet client’s enterprise security, governance, and responsible AI standards (translate from engineering team to client as needed) 

• Drive innovation through emerging AI technologies and frameworks including AgentOps, multi-modal AI, agentic reasoning, and next-generation LLM capabilities 

• Manage project risks and dependencies, serving as key escalation point for clients and internal teams 

Team Development & Thought Leadership (10% of time) 

• Recruit and develop exceptional talent—build high performing teams through rigorous hiring practice

• Contribute to Blend thought leadership, methodologies, and solution accelerators 

• Stay at forefront of AI innovation through research, experimentation, and continuous learning 

Required Experience & Skills 

• 10+ years in technology consulting, AI services, or enterprise software delivery with proven track record leading complex projects 

• 5+ years directly managing and mentoring technical teams (data scientists, ML engineers, developers) 

• 3+ years in client-facing consulting with demonstrable C-suite relationship management 

• Knowledgeable in Agile/Scrum methodologies 

Required Technical Expertise 

• Deep conceptual understanding of modern AI: LLMs, Agentic AI 

• Proven experience deploying AI agents and intelligent applications 

• Strong knowledge of agentic frameworks and agentic reasoning patterns 

• Good understanding of cloud platforms (e.g. Snowflake, AWS, Azure), data engineering, and Data science 

• Understanding of AgentOPS, including Responsible AI, model governance, evaluation, observability and ethics frameworks

Preferred Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field 

• MBA or equivalent 

• Direct experience with AI agent development and Operations (monitoring, debugging, tracing AI agents in production) 

• Thought leadership: publications, conference speaking, or open-source contributions 

• Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP ML/AI specialty) 

• Familiarity with Python language and Agentic AI frameworks (e.g. Langchain, CrewAI, Deepeval)
