JOB PURPOSE:
Coordinate and support the planning and execution of organization-wide projects, including technology, infrastructure, and operational initiatives. Manage communication systems and vendor relationships to ensure reliable service delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.- Experience in project coordination, systems support, or business operations preferred.- Familiarity with project lifecycles and coordination tools.- General understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and communication technologies.- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to collaborate across departments and with external vendors.- Eagerness to learn and grow into broader project leadership responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Assist in defining and coordinating cross-departmental project goals, timelines, and deliverables.- Support the execution of projects across various business functions, including IT, operations, and administration.- Maintain project documentation and assist in developing new or updated procedures.- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.- Manage the organization’s phone and internet systems, including troubleshooting, upgrades, and vendor coordination.- Serve as the primary liaison with telecom and internet service providers.- Track service contracts, outages, and performance metrics for communication systems.- Support the implementation of process improvements and operational efficiencies.- Provide support outside of standard business hours as needed.- Follow company policies and complete required training.- Perform other duties as assigned.
