The Blackstone Global Treasury Summer Analyst will receive hands-on experience working alongside Blackstone’s Global Treasury Capital Markets team gaining exposure to crucial analysis necessary for executing the firm’s balance sheet management and capital markets activities. The Summer Analyst will work collaboratively with professionals across all of Blackstone’s business verticals to support structuring initiatives and strategic decision making. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is interested in a career in capital markets, portfolio management or corporate treasury.
The Summer Analyst will gain hands-on experience across business groups, through which analysts will have direct exposure to senior-level management, engaging mentors, and targeted training. Our training program aims to enhance technical understanding, analytical thinking and communication skills, as well as contribute to the success of each analyst in their various assignments, including analysis, presentations, and reporting.
Liquidity Planning & Portfolio Management: Global Treasury’s Liquidity Planning & Portfolio Management team supports execution of investment and capital management activities supporting strategic initiatives for the Firm. The team’s responsibilities include forecasting of available liquidity, reporting & analysis of investment performance and risks, and structuring & execution of funding strategies and DCM transactions.
Fund Level Financing: Global Treasury’s Fund Level Financing team supports all of our investing businesses ensuring them access to liquidity and debt capital to enhance operational effectiveness and support investment initiatives. The team partners with our investment businesses to structure, execute, and manage subscription and NAV-backed loans & credit facilities on behalf of Blackstone’s Funds.
Risk Solutions: Global Treasury’s Risk Solutions team supports Blackstone’s global investment platforms in FX and interest rate markets. The team partners with investment businesses to analyze risks, structure solutions, and execute & manages strategies for managing risk for both the Firm’s balance sheet and investor capital across Blackstone’s investment businesses. The team engages in modeling of FX & interest rate derivatives, trade structuring & execution with banking counterparties, and monitoring retained risk & exposures.

Expected annual base salary range:
$90,000 - $90,000Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
