šŸŽÆ The Role:

We’re hiring a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to own strategy and execution across Mexico and the United States. This managerial role sits at the intersection of data and creativity: you’ll turn insights into campaigns that drive awareness, community, and measurable commercial impact (NTB, CAC, LTV). You’ll lead Social Media Management and Influencer/Creator programs, partner tightly with eCommerce & Paid Media, and build a pipeline of UGC and ambassadors that scales. If you’re as comfortable inside dashboards as you are on a set—and you know what’s ā€œcoolā€ in wellness/health—this role is for you.

🧩 Responsibilities:

  • Own Social & Influencer strategy and roadmap for MX & US; translate brand and commercial priorities into platform-specific plans.
  • Lead editorial calendar, UGC pipeline, campaign briefs, production, approvals, and paid amplification (Meta/TikTok).
  • Build and manage creator programs (micro → hero, ambassadors, affiliates), including contracting, brand safety and FTC/ASA compliance.
  • Set clear OKRs/KPIs; implement measurement (UTMs, GA4, Shopify, platform analytics) and weekly scorecards tied to NTB, CAC, LTV.
  • Partner with eCom & Paid Media to run full-funnel experiments (TOF/MOF/BOF), creative testing and incrementality reads.
  • Manage and mentor a bi-national team (Content Strategists & Influencer Managers); establish rituals, SLAs, and QA standards.
  • Own social listening & competitive intelligence; turn insights into creative angles and rapid tests.
  • Coordinate with PR/Comms and Legal for brand safety, usage rights, and risk management.


šŸ’¼ Professional Experience

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field within the creative industries.

 

šŸš€ Must-Have Requirements

  • -5–7+ years leading Social Media and Influencer/Creator programs; at least 2 years managing people.
  • -Proven track record linking social/influencer to business outcomes (revenue/NTB/CAC/LTV), not just engagement.
  • -Hands-on experience with Meta & TikTok paid amplification and creative testing (hook/hold/CTR/CPC frameworks).
  • -Toolstack fluency: publishing/listening (e.g., Sprout/Hootsuite), analytics (GA4, Looker/Tableau), and UTM discipline.
  • -Experience running creator CRM/workflows (GRIN/Aspire/Tagger/Upfluence) and managing usage rights/brand safety.
  • -Bilingual (Spanish/English) and comfortable operating across MX & US time zones.

  • CPG / wellness / health category experience; familiarity with TikTok Shop and affiliate ecosystems (Amazon Associates, impact.com).
  • eCommerce exposure (Shopify, Amazon) and collaboration with Performance Marketing on CAC/NTB goals.
  • Storytelling & light creative direction (scripts, shot lists, edits) and UGC QA standards.
  • Experience with social listening/insight platforms (Brandwatch/Talkwalker) and sentiment analysis.
  • Incrementality/experimentation mindset (geo-split, PSA holdout, MMM-lite).
  • Public speaking/host experience for lives, Q&As, or product education sessions.
