• Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team through hiring, mentoring, and performance management. 
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and productive team culture. 
• Oversee project planning, architecture decisions, code quality, and technical improvements. 
• Ensure timely delivery of features and updates while managing risks and dependencies. 
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align engineering work with business goals. 
• Drive innovation, process improvements, and adopt modern development practices. 

• Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams. 
• Strong technical background in software development and system architecture. 
• Expertise in project planning, delivery tracking, and risk management. 
• Skilled in recruitment, coaching, and team development. 
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration abilities. 
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
