Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy aligned with business goals.
- Oversee security architecture and engineering across product development and cloud infrastructure.
- Lead security operations: threat monitoring, incident detection & response, threat hunting, and vulnerability management.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing security organization.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, sales, and customer teams to integrate security best practices.
- Represent the company externally at customer engagements, industry forums, and conferences.
- Maintain awareness of evolving nation-state threats and adversary TTPs to inform defensive posture.
- Ensure and drive compliance with FedRAMP, SOC2, PCI DSS, CMMC, GDPR, and other relevant standards.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Advanced degree or relevant professional certifications preferred (CISSP, CISM, SANS/GIAC, etc.)
