- Familiarity with ITIL v4 practices and ITSM governance
- Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, semi-autonomous environment
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full ServiceNow platform lifecycle, including upgrades, maintenance, and governance.
- Lead migration activities to ServiceNow, ensuring structured transitions with minimal service disruption.
- Design, configure, and maintain core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog).
- Create and optimize workflows, business rules, routing, and automation tailored to business needs.
- Build and configure integrations and custom applications within ServiceNow; manage APIs and data flows.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to support decision-making and forecast support trends.
- Manage user accounts, roles, access controls, and platform security.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and documentation for ServiceNow configurations and processes.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to expand platform adoption, deliver training, and enforce ITIL best practices.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA or CIS-ITSM, CTA or CAD preferred
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification or equivalent
