About the Role

The AP Analyst will be a key member of BetMGM LLC’s growing finance team and be heavily involved in all AP administrative functions such as but not limited to PO creation, obtaining approval and processing employee expense reports on Concur.  A successful candidate will exhibit keen attention to detail, strong finance instincts and the ability to work effectively in an ever-changing environment. Above all the candidates must be passionate about what they do!

Responsibilities

  • Review/Approve and raise purchase orders on the company procurement system

  • Monitor the purchase order approval flow to ensure timely approvals

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to receipt goods and services when appropriate

  • Weekly review and approval of expenses on Concur

  • Create/support and maintain credit card holders account and inquiries

  • Complete monthly credit card reconciliations in Concur

  • Create and Maintain vendor files to ensure all information is complete, i.e., W9s, ACH payment information

  • Provide support on any internal and external audit requests

  • Provide support to their direct manager, Controller, CFO and wider finance team with ad-hoc requests as required

  • Support all aspects of AP functions as needed

  • Assist with Travel related payment issues such as Hotel confirmation.

Qualifications

  • Experience within a Procure-To-Pay (P2P) process

  • Experience with Concur and Accounting system desired but not required

  • Strong Excel Skills

The hourly pay range for this position is $20 to $26.  Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.  This position is also eligible for participation in a performance-based bonus plan.

Gaming Compliance & Licensing Requirements
 
As an online gaming company, BetMGM is required to comply with state gaming regulations which includes licensing obligations.  Applicable employees must be licensed by at least one jurisdictional agency, although certain positions require licensing by multiple agencies.  Failure to become licensed or maintain licensure with each agency as required for the role may result in termination of employment.  Please note that the licensing process includes comprehensive background checks which may include a review of criminal records, financial history, and personal background verification.

In addition, candidates must comply with and support the company's responsible gambling policies, procedures and initiatives.

Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. The position is also eligible for an annual bonus.
