Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial underwriting models for acquisition, disposition, and development scenarios
- Analyze P&L statements and rent rolls to support valuation and underwriting
- Maintain and utilize databases tracking investment sales activity, construction pipeline, and other real estate metrics
- Research and synthesize economic, demographic, and industry trends for market intelligence
- Prepare client-facing materials, charts, and presentations summarizing analyses
- Support presentations and occasionally present analyses to clients
- Collaborate with the team to identify market intelligence needs and produce deliverables
- Contribute to research, writing, and proofing of market reports and marketing materials
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Finance, Real Estate, Economics or related field preferred)
