Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of tenancy platform projects from ideation to rollout, partnering with Product and Customer Success.
- Design and implement robust admin backends, APIs, and scalable tenant management systems.
- Build intuitive admin experiences and internal tools to manage tenant lifecycle, provisioning, sync, testing, and deletion.
- Ensure system reliability and performance through testing, monitoring, and observability.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and product teams to evolve cloud architecture and integrate with scientist-facing products.
- Drive platform improvements, tooling, and engineering process maturity across the team.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent practical experience
- Willingness to learn domain knowledge in life sciences and enterprise SaaS
