Responsibilities
- Lead frontend architecture and implementation of IDE extensions and developer tools from design to deployment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, AI researchers, and backend engineers to build performant user interfaces.
- Drive UI/UX decisions grounded in developer workflows and feedback.
- Partner with AI Researchers and Systems Engineers on the technical direction of the Augment system.
- Mentor engineers to scale technical capabilities in frontend and integration.
- Contribute to product direction and feature prioritization.
