Responsibilities
- Review and verify deal documentation for compliance with company, local, state and federal regulations and package deals accordingly
- Assist guests with finance-related inquiries including title collection, receipt processing and payoffs
- Support the General Sales Manager and Finance Team with administrative tasks and guest communications
- Maintain accurate records and update dealer systems with deal and title information
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (lenders, title companies) to resolve issues
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Some college or coursework in business/finance preferred
