Responsibilities
- Oversee daily service department operations including advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, service quality, and profitability
- Monitor service metrics (customer satisfaction scores, revenue, technician productivity) and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, warranty procedures, and safety standards
- Coach, train, and develop team members to improve performance and retention
- Coordinate with sales, parts, and other departments for seamless customer service
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely follow-up to maintain client retention
- Stay current on industry trends and implement relevant best practices and technologies
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
