Recovery Coach / Peer Support Specialist – Remote with Massachusetts Community Engagement

We are seeking a Certified Recovery Coach / Peer Support Specialist (CPS, CARC, or CCAR) to join our forward-thinking team in a remote role with periodic in-person community engagement. This is an opportunity for someone who is passionate about guiding others through the challenges of recovery while leveraging the latest technology to make a real difference.
In this role, you will combine your certification, your personal journey, and your professional expertise to help clients set goals, overcome obstacles, and build sustainable recovery paths. You’ll work primarily in a virtual environment, with the chance to connect face-to-face in your community to strengthen relationships and networks.
