Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Asana boards to ensure clarity, prioritization, and timely completion of tasks.
- Drive project timelines, follow-ups, and accountability across all team members.
- Facilitate clear cross-functional communication between departments.
- Identify bottlenecks and create solutions to maintain workflow momentum.
- Document processes and standard operating procedures for consistency.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to leadership.
- Support the optimization of team collaboration and efficiency.
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Asana or similar project management tools.
- Proven track record of driving accountability and ownership across teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience coordinating cross-departmental initiatives.
- Comfortable working independently while managing multiple active projects.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM PST.
