About the Role:
We’re looking for passionate engineers who thrive in fast-moving, low-ego environments and want to make a measurable impact from day one. You’ll be part of a tight-knit team where wearing multiple hats is the norm and shipping production code in real-world scenarios is expected. Titles don’t matter as much as what you’ve built and how you work.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Contribute across the full stack: frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
Ship iterative updates rapidly while maintaining high-quality standards.
Engage directly with end users to improve the product continuously.
Collaborate closely with a product-minded engineering team in-office (3–5 days per week).
2+ years writing production code
Experience at a small but serious tech company (under 100 employees)
High standards with fast output and thoughtful decision-making
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving problems quickly
Bonus points if you’ve built from scratch, competed, or led projects (startups, hackathons, etc.)
Qualifications:
Proven experience writing production-ready code
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
Ability to work onsite in San Francisco 3–5 days per week
Experience with or willingness to learn our core tech stack (TypeScript, AWS, SQL, React, Node.js)
