Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a Paralegal (Private Client Practice)

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file probate pleadings, accountings, and related court documents
- Assist attorneys with trust and estate administration tasks
- Coordinate the collection and distribution of estate assets
- Track deadlines and manage case progress efficiently
- Support time entry and billing corrections
Requirements:
Education:
- Paralegal certificate or legal training (preferred but not required)
Experiences:
- Minimum 3 years of paralegal experience in a law firm or legal department
- Direct experience in trusts & estates, probate, litigation, or tax matters
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)
- Strong drafting and e-filing skills for probate documents (preferred)
- Familiarity with time entry and billing software (a plus)

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Commitment to confidentiality and client service
- Must be local to Columbus or willing to relocate (on-site role)
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
