The Sr. Manager, Promotional Review Committee (PRC) will report to the US Head of Analytics and Commercial Operations and be based on Princeton, NJ in a hybrid model and will heavily integrated into the US Business Unit.
This role will be responsible for leading and facilitating the promotion review committee process for advertising and promotional materials assigned products. This individual serves as the liaison between PRC brand leads, reviewers, and agency partners, managing all aspects of the process, including supporting operational excellence initiatives, developing and maintaining guidance documents and best practices, and delivering stakeholder training. The coordinator will ensure compliance across process and cross-functional resources, including creating meeting agendas, managing meeting logistics, facilitating PRC meetings, and ensuring materials are ready for review.

The estimated salary range for this position is $160,000- $170,000. Actual salary determination is dependent on a variety of factors some of which include: experience, qualifications, and geographic location. This position may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus or an incentive compensation plan (eligibility varies based on role and position level), discretionary stock-based long-term incentives, paid time off, and a comprehensive benefits package.
