LIFE (Living Independence for the Elderly) is a program that helps people meet their health care needs in the community instead of going to a nursing home or other care facility.  At an Albright LIFE location, you’ll work with a team of health care professionals providing exceptional, coordinated services each day that help participants stay healthy and safely live independently at home.

Compensation: Starting at $65,000 annually

Job Description

As our LIFE Center Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the LIFE Center. Your leadership will ensure that participants receive the highest quality care and services in a safe, welcoming environment. You'll also play a key role in strengthening collaboration across departments, enhancing care coordination, and fostering a culture where everyone feels valued—staff and participants alike.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and support an interdisciplinary care team to deliver exceptional, participant-centered services
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with LIFE program regulations
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to continuously improve outcomes and satisfaction
  • Foster a positive workplace culture built on respect, trust, and shared mission
  • Monitor financial performance and manage budgets responsibly

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, social work, or related field (Master’s preferred; experience may substitute for education)
  • 5+ years of healthcare management experience; LIFE program experience a plus
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards
  • Proven leadership and team-building abilities
  • A deep commitment to serving others with dignity and compassion
