We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager (US) to lead regional marketing initiatives that drive lead generation and brand awareness across North America.
Reporting to the Global Marketing Director (Europe-based), this individual contributor role works closely with sales, product, and application engineering teams to execute impactful marketing programs and campaigns.
You will be instrumental in growing our presence across the robotics and manufacturing ecosystem, working both directly with customers and indirectly through integrators and robot brand partners.
The position is expected to start in January 2026.
Plan and execute integrated field marketing campaigns targeting key manufacturing and robotics verticals across North America.
Drive lead generation and nurture prospects through the funnel (contact, MQL, SQL, pipeline, revenue).
Coordinate trade shows, partner events, webinars, conferences with support from the sales and technical teams.
Lead channel marketing programs in collaboration with integrators and OEM partners.
Develop and execute digital demand generation marketing campaigns, including software feature launches, paid media, and trade press activities.
Create partner and customer stories that demonstrate the real-world impact of ActGPT.
Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and performance tracking using marketing and project management tools.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and application engineering to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
Represent T-ROBOTICS as a brand ambassador at events, partner and customer meetings, and industry gatherings.
Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform regional marketing strategy.
5+ years of field marketing experience in manufacturing, robotics, or industrial software.
Proven experience in channel marketing and B2B lead generation.
Demonstrated experience with agentic AI, CRM and digital analytics tools, and data-driven decision making.
Strong knowledge of marketing automation, campaign, and project management tools.
Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
A team player with the ability to work under tight deadlines, stay hands-on, and get things done quickly.
Comfortable working in a start-up environment and collaborating across time zones.
Willingness to travel frequently across the US and occasionally to Europe.
Based in or able to commute regularly to Fremont, California (hybrid setup).
