About the Role
We’re seeking a Full-Stack Developer who is excited to build and scale AI-powered products and internal platforms from the ground up. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on owning the entire application lifecycle, from architecture and backend systems to frontend UX and continuous iteration in production.
You’ll join a fast-paced environment where experimentation, speed, and thoughtful design matter more than rigid processes. Our development is primarily done on Replit, enabling rapid collaboration and streamlined product delivery without unnecessary overhead.
This is not a maintenance role, you’ll be actively shaping new products, features, and capabilities.
What You’ll Build
• AI-enabled tools and applications
• Internal platforms supporting analytics, automation, and operations
• Data-driven interfaces and workflows
• Custom applications integrating with third-party APIs and services
Key Responsibilities
Full-Stack Ownership
• Design, build, and maintain applications end-to-end
• Translate high-level concepts into production-ready solutions
• Make architecture decisions balancing speed, scalability, and simplicity
Backend Development
• Build backend services with Node.js and/or Python
• Design and maintain APIs (REST, webhooks, async workflows)
• Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL)
• Implement authentication, authorization, data validation, and error handling
Frontend Development & UX
• Develop clean, responsive UIs with modern frameworks (React, Next.js, or similar)
• Design intuitive workflows for complex, data-heavy features
• Implement thoughtful UI states, loading behaviors, and error handling
AI & Automation Integration
• Integrate AI services (LLMs, automation workflows, enrichment services) into applications
• Design systems that safely and effectively leverage AI capabilities
• Work with structured and unstructured data to power AI-driven features
Replit-First Development
• Use Replit as the primary development and collaboration environment
• Manage project structure, environments, secrets, and deployments
• Embrace fast iteration, testing, and continuous improvement
Quality & Reliability
• Debug issues across frontend, backend, and data layers
• Implement logging, monitoring, and error visibility
• Ensure systems are secure, reliable, and maintainable
Required Skills & Experience
• Strong experience as a Full-Stack Developer
• Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript and Node.js, and/or Python
• Experience building APIs and backend services
• Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, or similar)
• Strong problem-solving and system-thinking skills
Nice to Have
• Experience building AI-powered features or products
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt design, or AI service integration
• Experience designing internal tools, dashboards, or admin platforms
