The Manager of Engineering is pivotal in driving technological innovation at ATPCO. By optimizing the use of people, processes, and technologies, this role ensures that engineering teams effectively deliver value to customers. The Manager emphasizes team development and fosters an environment of strategic thinking and continuous improvement, aligning engineering efforts with ATPCO's business objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers, focusing on career development and performance management.
Establish and communicate performance expectations, conducting regular evaluations to hold team members accountable for their progress.
Collaborate with the Product Manager to align engineering efforts with product definitions, roadmaps, and success measures.
Develop and implement development standards, policies, and procedures to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
Serve as the liaison for Level 3 production support activities, ensuring effective problem resolution and technical investigation.
Foster partnerships with the Center of Excellence to support the adoption of new technologies, architectural standards, and design approaches.
Collaborate with the Infrastructure team to define the tools and environments required to create reliable and maintainable software applications.
Salary Range: $160,000 - 185,000
