Responsibilities
- Recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing regional MSL team while fostering scientific curiosity and collaboration
- Develop and execute territory plans aligned with Medical Affairs strategy, focusing on community KOLs, disease state experts, and academic centers
- Monitor territory coverage, engagement metrics, and resource allocation to optimize regional impact
- Lead regional implementation of medical affairs plans and ensure consistent, high-quality scientific exchange
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Clinical Ops, Clinical Development, Marketing, Market Access, Sales, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance) to align priorities
- Oversee regional congress planning and post-meeting insight dissemination
- Maintain deep scientific and clinical knowledge in cell therapy, immuno-oncology, hematology, and multiple myeloma
- Travel extensively within the region and attend national meetings as required
Education
- Advanced scientific degree strongly preferred (PharmD, PhD, MD or equivalent)
- Master’s in health sciences (RN, RPh, PA, NP) considered with extensive clinical/medical affairs experience
- Relevant clinical or biotech/pharma experience
