Join Aprio's Tax team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio Advisory Group, LLC is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Senior Tax Associate to join their dynamic team.
- Prepare complex individual, trust, estate, and gift tax returns for HNWI clients.
- Assist with multi-state tax matters impacting individuals and their families.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on evolving tax issues, laws, and regulations to provide accurate guidance.
- Support clients with estate, charitable, and wealth transfer planning strategies.
- Collaborate directly with partners to develop innovative tax strategies tailored to client needs.
- Manage and prioritize multiple client engagements while ensuring deadlines are met.
- Mentor, train, and provide feedback to junior staff, supporting their professional development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; Master’s in Taxation preferred.
- CPA license (or working toward completion).
- 3–5 years of tax experience in public accounting, preferably within Private Client Services or HNWI-focused practice.
- Strong knowledge of individual, trust, and estate, taxation.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate complex tax matters clearly and effectively to clients and team members.
