Solutions Architect (Remote)

AppOmni is a leader in SaaS security helping large enterprises secure their cloud SaaS platforms. They are seeking a strategic, customer-facing Solutions Architect to serve as a technical trusted advisor for post-sales enterprise customers, driving product adoption, integration, and measurable security outcomes across complex SaaS environments.

Skills

  • Experience with REST APIs and script-based integrations (Python/Django preferred).
  • Knowledge of SaaS security, IAM, RBAC, cloud security, and vulnerability management.
  • Familiarity with major SaaS apps (Salesforce, M365, ServiceNow, Workday, Okta).
  • Strong customer-facing, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working with enterprise/Fortune-scale customers and C-level stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight, and Zendesk is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary post-sales technical contact and trusted advisor for top enterprise customers.
  • Drive deployment, adoption, and integration of AppOmni across customer workflows.
  • Develop and document customers' end-state AppOmni architecture and roadmaps.
  • Demonstrate and implement new product features; develop expertise in AppOmni APIs and Developer Platform.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap, track product issues, and escalate customer feedback.
  • Monitor adoption and utilization, identify risk, and partner on renewal and success strategies.
  • Evangelize customer success stories with Marketing and internal stakeholders.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Relevant security or cloud certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP) are beneficial.
  • Ongoing professional development in SaaS/cloud security and integration technologies.
