Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers to understand development needs and autonomy use cases
- Translate customer requirements into actionable engineering feedback and feature requests
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence the product roadmap
- Run technical workshops and detailed discussions with sales and customers
- Prioritize and coordinate customer-facing issues to ensure timely resolution
- Identify new product opportunities driven by customer insights and strategic landscape
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related field or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in a relevant field is a plus but not required
