Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers in planning, coordination, and execution of stormwater and water-resources projects.
- Develop scopes, schedules, and fee estimates; assist in proposal preparation for complex projects.
- Serve as technical lead for discipline coordination, design review, and quality control.
- Supervise, train, and mentor junior staff; provide daily guidance and performance input.
- Monitor project budgets and schedules; report progress and identify out-of-scope work.
- Lead construction administration tasks: meetings, submittal/RFI reviews, change orders, pay applications, and closeout.
- Attend client meetings and public hearings; prepare and deliver technical presentations.
- Identify potential claims or contract concerns and document issues for Project Manager.
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Civil or Environmental Engineering with 6+ years stormwater engineering design experience
- OR Master’s in Civil or Environmental Engineering with 5+ years stormwater engineering design experience
- Registered Professional Engineer or working toward licensure within one year
