American Dental Associates (ADA)

1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered in lieu of the degree when the experience has been directly related to the duties of the job.
2. Five or more years experience with progressive leadership and experience in an academic health care setting preferred. Three years of supervisory/project management experience preferred.
3. Ability to communicate clearly about Division operations
4. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and oral and written communication skills required.
5. Strong working knowledge and skills in Microsoft computer software applications. Experience with an electronic health record preffered. Comfort working in digital platforms.
6. Ability to take initiative and work independently.
7. Organizational skills: Experience independently planning and managing projects; excellent attention to detail; ability to establish priorities and react promptly to a large variety of requests and needs, sometimes on short notice.
8. Proven ability to analyze problems and implement action plans.
9. Must be self-directed, with an in-depth understanding of the organizational goals.
10. Demonstrated strong leadership skills. Ability to lead in a collaborative and facilitative style.

Pay Range

$70,720.00-$115,627.20 Salary

The pay range for this job indicates minimum and maximum targets for the position.
