- Assembly, integration, and test (AIT) of space flight hardware
- Space environmental testing: vibration, thermal vacuum, EMI/EMC
- Familiarity with government and industry test standards

- Ability to navigate complex system requirements
Responsibilities
- Lead integration and test campaigns for modules, payloads, and full satellite systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to derive verification and validation plans
- Develop test procedures for prototype, qualification, and acceptance of flight hardware
- Design, build, and maintain mechanical and electrical ground support equipment
- Create and maintain automated test scripts and data acquisition approaches
- Analyze test metrics, triage failures, perform root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Document procedures, test reports, and training materials
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Aerospace, Software, or related engineering field (or equivalent experience)
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain U.S. Secret security clearance
