- MRB and nonconformance management
- Root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
- Knowledge of AS9100 and ISO9001 quality systems
- Experience with supplier corrective action requests (SCAR)
- Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional coordination
- Familiarity with inspection processes and manufacturing quality practices
- Ability to obtain and hold U.S. security clearance; U.S. Person required
Responsibilities
- Review and disposition nonconformance reports (NCRs) and coordinate cross-functional responses
- Support the Material Review Board (MRB) for production escapes and deviations
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective/preventive actions
- Lead investigations to resolve quality issues impacting production timelines
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to align inspection methods and compliance with AS9100/QMS
- Oversee end-of-line and source inspections and provide timely feedback on quality issues
- Maintain records of nonconformances, corrective actions, and MRB decisions
- Prepare and present trend reports and quality metrics to stakeholders
- Work with suppliers to manage SCARs and drive supplier quality improvements
- Participate in quality system audits and continuous improvement initiatives
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field
- Additional training or certifications in quality systems (preferred)
